When you complete a purchase on www.ba10.dk you accept the following terms and conditions, it is therefore important that you read them carefully before purchase. You choose the items you want to buy, and put them in the shopping bag. When you are ready to order, click on the shopping bag in the upper right corner. Here you will be asked to fill out your personal information, credit card information and delivery form. Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Up until the check-out procedure you can edit the content of the shopping bag, and current check the content and price of the items. We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.
BA10 offer payment by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and JCB). Your card will be charged on the date your order is dispatched.
If you have a danish credit or debit card, you can choose to pay via ViaBill. Read about their conditions via following link, http://www.viabill.com/terms
All amounts are in EUR., the official currency of the eurozone and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included.
BA10 is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through a SSL system (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized persons can not read your information during the transaction with PBS. There can never be withdrawn an amount greater than the amount approved.
All orders placed before 13:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 PM will be sent the following day. BA10 offer delivery with GLS, which is one of the leading packaging distributors in Denmark. If there should occur delays due to GLS, BA10 cannot be held responsible. You can always track your package online using the Track & Trace GLS website.
DELIVERIES WITHIN DENMARK
Deliveres in Denmark will approximately take 1-2 working days. GLS deliver your package to a GLS Parcel Shop near you. You will be notified by e-mail or sms when you can pick up your package. When GLS has delivered your package in Parcel Shop, you have ten days to retrieve the package. You can pick up the package in a day that suits you, within hours. When you pick up the package, you must bring package number and identification.
PICKUP IN STORE
You can choose to have your package delivered to our store and pick it up 24 hours after ordering.

DELIVERIES TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Deliveres to Europe will approximately take 2-6 working days and 3-6 working days to countries outside of Europe. GLS deliver your package to the address you provide at check out.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, some European countries and countries outside Europe are shipped with Post Nord.
DELIVERIES WITHIN DENMARK
We deliver all orders free of charge throughout Denmark, with exception of sales items. Purchase with only sales items will be charged a freight of DKK 40, which disappears if you combine sales and new items in one order.
Packages delivered to our store is free.

Fri fragt til lande udover Europa ved ordre over 4.500 DKK. Alle ordre under 4.500 DKK pålægges et forsendelsesgebyr på 250 DKK.
You have 14 days to return the goods, from the day you receive your packet. If you regret a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a week, unless you want to exchange.
The amount will always be transferred to the same method of payment with which you bought the goods.
If you want to return an item, please complete our standard return form and send it together with the returning goods. You find the return form together with the invoice in the package you received from us.
You are responsible for the packet and the goods until it is received at BA10. You must pay the shipping fees and other possible fees when returning an item.
After recieving the items you must handle them with care when determining their make, qualities and how they work. This means you must try on the clothing as you would in a fitting room, and you must only try on shoes indoors. If the product is handled in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you regret your purchase only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

BA10 offers a 2 year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods laws, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.
Complaints about defects that should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified to us within a reasonable time.
The product can be returned for repair, replacement or if necessary, crediting.
BA10 is keen to reproduce all goods online by text and image. As the colors on a computer screen may vary, nuances occur.
